Parking Instructions

Please use the parking deck adjacent to PCC Trilith. Bring your parking ticket into the Summit each day to get a validation sticker so you will not be charged.

If you choose to use other parking lots, you will be responsible to pay.

Summit Schedule & Check-In

Check-in for the Summit at PCC Trilith is 4pm on Tuesday, April 21.

Hotel Assignments & Parking

Staff lodging will be at three hotels in the Fayetteville area. Check each hotel list to see where you have been assigned.

Hotel check-in is 3pm.

Your lodging is paid for but you may still be asked to provide a credit card at check-in for incidentals.

If you chose single lodging, the $100 fee will be assessed via org transfer after the Summit.

Meals & Tour Waiver

Meals Provided

  • Breakfast each morning at the hotel
  • Tuesday evening dinner buffet from Jim 'N Nicks Bar-B-Q
  • Wednesday box lunch from Chick-fil-A (please place your order below)

Gluten free options will be available.

Trilith Studio Tours

Everyone will be part of a Trilith Studio Tour on Wednesday. Waiver completion is required to participate.

Reimbursable Expenses

These expenses are considered FCA-related and can be submitted for reimbursement:

  • Mileage to and from the Summit
  • Meals not covered by the Summit (as you travel and during your stay)


FCA will not reimburse expenses that are related to entertainment and leisure activities.
