Lake House Information
We are incredibly blessed to offer you a resort type facility to help enrich the relationship between you and your coaches. To honor our benefactors’ request, marriage retreats will be the main focus, then coaches retreats, and staff retreats. Here is what you can expect when hosting/attending an event at the Lake House:
- 6 Master Suites
- Prepared and/or Provided meals
- Peaceful and serene atmosphere
- Water sports, swimming, boating, kayaking, paddle boards (weather & lake level permitting)
- Manicured lawns with room for team building activities & two porches, each with a fireplace
- Quaint shops in historic downtown Hartwell and outdoor recreation nearby (Golf & Pickleball)
You will be responsible for the facilitator/counselor. The cost for a weekend retreat is a flat rate of $1,000 whether 4 or 6 couples. Cost is due 2 weeks prior to event (org transfer), non-refundable. Robyn Herrod will originate the org transfer.
Though Shane & Angel Williamson live here, they are offering to leave the Lake House so FCA staff can enrich & encourage those they touch.
NEW THIS YEAR - Walter's Cottage
Located approximately 10-15 minutes from the Lake House, charming Walter's Cottage has a bedroom that could be used for staff, the facilitator or an extra coach couple.
