Please complete the following form to request matching grant funding for a collegiate staff position in your area. Once received, the request will be reviewed by Randy, Stuart, Tracy and Renee. If the request is approved, there will be a monthly progress assessment of the funding process. 

**Important:

• This grant is a one-time award given at the time the staff meets all grant criteria.
• The window to meet the grant criteria and receive matching funds will be 6 months from the approval date of the request.

Recurring monthly org transfers from the MAD or Hiring Manager’s Development Org to the recipient’s org are eligible to be matched. This is not a funding requirement but if a commitment is made, it should be for a minimum of 1 year, and the total annual commitment cannot exceed 12.5% of the recipient’s annual operating budget.
